On april 19 it was announced that Timur Hilall & Kirill Vlasov had staged the hoax but the real video makers were Ivan Baturin & Artem Fedotov, shown here.
There is no explanation for the incorrect identification.
Baturin is heard while Fedotov is barely seen.The Kabansk MVD shows the dummy. NTV then tries to explain away the Irkutsk sightings as maybe just another silly prank.
